If you need small prints (flyers, postcards, business cards, etc.), please select the button below to submit your request.
Submitting CONFERENCE POSTERS for Print:
If you need to have a poster printed for a conference or a class and you are personally paying for it (not the university), please use this form. It is for 24x36 or 30x40 posters only.
Do NOT use this form if you need a poster for the SURC/SRCC conferences - they have their own form.

Student Research and Creativity Conference
For the students presenting posters at the SUNY Undergraduate Research Conference (SURC) on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at SUNY Fredonia or the Student Research and Creativity Conference (SRCC) / Graduate Student Association (GSA) on Wednesday May 6, 2026, please use the link below to submit your poster file for printing.
SURC Posters need to be submitted to the Design & Print Center by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 13th to receive the complimentary poster (No Exceptions).
SRCC Posters need to be submitted to the Design & Print Center by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 24th to receive the complimentary poster (No Exceptions).
GSA Posters need to be submitted to the Design & Print Center by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 24th to receive the complimentary poster (No Exceptions).
*Posters will still be accepted for printing until Wednesday, April 29, but at the full price ($26.25). The Design and Print Center may not be able to accept posters after Wednesday, April 29, and you will be on your own to get it printed.
