There are generally two types of program sizes:

Small programs are 11x8.5 paper folded in half to create a 5.5x8.5 program. Plain or glossy paper

Large programs are 11x17 paper folded in half to create an 8.5x11 program. Plain or glossy paper

If more than one sheet of paper is needed for the program, the programs will be stapled down the crease.

*Programs are laid out in multiples of four (i.e. If you have five pages of information, we'll need to condense it to 4 pages or add pages to make 8).

The standard size of bookmarks that we design are 5-up (5 per page). We can either incorporate the 1/4" white margins into the bookmark or cut them off when trimming. If wider bookmarks are needed, we can change it to 4-up or 3-up (see rack cards below).

Paper options:

• 80# coverstock. Single-sided; double-sided.

Rack cards are similar to wide bookmarks and fit 3-up per page. Each card is the size of a trifold brochure when folded - so these fit easily in a brochure rack.

We can design business cards (2"x3.5") for any need. Lamination (glossy or soft-touch) is extra.

There are generally three sizes of notecards that we design/print. Our notecards are printed on 80# coverstock. They can be single-sided or double-sided. Single-sided would allow for an image on the front and text/logo on the back of the card. Double-sided would include text on the inside.

1. Small notecards (4.25x5.5) use one 8.5x11 sheet of paper to print two cards. A .25" white margin is incorporated around the whole notecard, so only one cut is made.

2. 5x7 cards use one 8.5x11 sheet of paper to print one card. Crop marks are placed for trimming. These cards do not require a white border. They can have color all the way to the edge as we trim these for you.

3. Half-page cards use one 8.5x11 sheet of paper per card. A .25" white margin is incorporated around the whole card.

Set options:

1. 4-up (4.25x5.5) uses one 8.5x11 sheet of paper to print four postcards. These can be single or double-sided. A .25" white margin is incorporated around the whole postcard, so only two cuts are made - one vertical, one horizontal.

2. 2-up (either 4x6 or 5x7) uses one 8.5x11 sheet of paper to print two postcards. Crop marks are placed for trimming. These postcards do not have to have a white border. They can have color all the way to the edge as we trim these for you.

3. 2-up (5.5x8.5 half a page) uses one 8.5x11 sheet of paper to print two postcards. These can be single or double-sided. A .25" white margin is incorporated around the whole postcard, so only one cut is made - either vertical or horizontal, depending upon the aspect of your postcard.

We design and print anything from conference posters and event posters to building directories and schematics.  These are most often printed on our standard satin poster paper, but we have several other choices listed below. Standard Poster Sizes: 16x20, 18x24, 22x28, 24x36, 30x40, 36x48, 36x56.

Our largest print media is 42" wide. Please make sure at least one size of your print is 42" or smaller.

Both faculty and students attend conferences or research fairs where their work is to be shared. To make the experience a little easier for you, we have many poster templates available to download. Use them as a guide and feel free to change the colors, fonts, etc. 

The standard size of a conference poster is usually 30x40. Please check your conference guidelines for recommended size requirements.

These are generally conference posters that are printed on a Polyselect material similar to fabric. These are best for long-distance travel where they are placed in your luggage rather than a poster tube that can be misplaced. 

These signs are generally 24x36, printed on plain paper, and then laminated to make them waterproof for outside use. Some A-frames on campus may be a different size. If this is the case, please let us know and we'll adjust the size accordingly.

The most common banner media are vinyl or polypropylene. For a description of each - see below. We can also add grommets to the vinyl for hanging purposes. Standard Banner Sizes are usually either 24" or 36" by anywhere between 4-8 feet. They can be vertical or horizontal.

Banner Stands: We do offer 11.75" tabletop,  24" and 36" wide retractable vertical banner stands for purchase. The visible image sizes for each one are:

11.75" - image size is 11.75x19.5

24" - image size is 24" wide and the height can be between 51" - 92"

36" - image size is 36" wide and the height can be between 35" - 92"

*We offer free design. If you would like to design your own, please contact us for the specs, as additional length is required for retracting into the stand.

Instead of having your logo printed directly onto a tablecloth, we have a more economical solution - buy any color tablecloth and use a table runner to show who you are.

Our table runners are 36x60 and are white. The area that your logo should fit in is 32" wide by 18" high.  The runners are made from a fabric called PolySelect. It can be folded and ironed later (backside only).

We have both vertical and horizontal signs in 12x18 and 18x24 sizes. Your signs will be printed and mounted to corrugated plastic. They are weather-proof and metal "H" stakes are included with your signs. 

*Recycling is encouraged. Please bring back your metal stakes when you're done with them so we can reuse them.

Our office can create stickers and labels for you. Since we offer a wide range of sizes and shapes, we don't keep large amounts on hand. 

*Please allow 1-2 weeks so that we may order precisely what you need in size and material.* 

Some of the options are white matte paper stickers, white or clear polyester (which are weatherproof), and vinyl (BS5609 Section 2-compliant for chemical labels).

Die-cut stickers are unique because they're custom-cut to the precise shape of your design and cut through the backing of the sticker, rather than being limited to standard shapes like circles or squares.

Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the sticker material only, leaving the backing paper intact, which provides an easy-to-peel border and extra space for your branding or design elements.

Our lamination is glossy and can be used to protect your prints. We can laminate up to about 25" wide.

Sizes 8.5x11 and 11x17 are standard.

There are three different options for mounting poster prints. This is great for events, but not recommended for permanent use as foam core can warp over time. Mounting is an additional cost separate from printing costs. Sizes for each option are 24x36 and 30x40

1. Mounting onto foam core with no cover over the print
2. Mounting onto foam core with a glossy laminate finish
3. Mounting onto foam core with a matte laminate finish

We carry black plastic spiral coils in various sizes. We'll choose the size to fit your document. We can bind documents up to 11" long. We can only bind the shorter side of an 11x17. We will include a clear plastic cover and a black plastic back cover.

These portable banner stands are great for displaying your vertical banners without the hassle of finding an easel and the cost of having your poster mounted onto foam core. The banner stands are available in 24", 36", and 11.75" tabletop.

To have a banner designed for the stand: Request a banner printed on polypropylene, which has a plastic backing to prevent tearing. The largest banner size for 24" & 36" is 24x92 and 36x92. The smallest size for 24" & 36" is 24x60 and 36x60.

*Extra length will be added to the banner for retracting into the stand.

To customize your table, consider purchasing a table runner printed with your logo or program name.

15x20 black matte board is used primarily by the students in the graphic design program, but anyone may purchase it.

It comes prewrapped in packages of ten boards; however, we also sell it individually.

These trifolds have been created for various departments as well as programs. Once requested, we can fill the trifold with information that comes directly from your department's website. We will then provide you with a proof that can be revised and edited as needed. If you would like to give us all the text and images right from the start - that is fine too. 

Generally, the outside of the trifold is information about your department, while the inside is left for the course requirements of your degree programs. If you have many degree options (i.e. masters, bachelors, certifications, minors, etc.), inserts can be created as well. The other option is to add a mailing section to the middle area so that these can be mailed to prospective students. Several departments have both options available and print copies as needed.

Clear plastic brochure holders are available for the 6" wide brochures. We have single and double brochure holders as well as one that holds brochures and business cards.

These banners are created specifically for Open House events. If you would like one for your department, please contact us so that we can design one for you. The banners are 24" wide x 60" tall and fit the adjustable banner stands. Each 24"x60" banner is printed on polypropylene banner material that has a plastic backing to prevent tearing.
