We design and print anything from conference posters and event posters to building directories and schematics. These are most often printed on our standard satin poster paper, but we have several other choices listed below. Standard Poster Sizes: 16x20, 18x24, 22x28, 24x36, 30x40, 36x48, 36x56
Our largest print media is 42" wide. Please make sure at least one size of your print is 42" or smaller.
Both faculty and students attend conferences or research fairs where their work is to be shared. To make the experience a little easier for you, we have many poster templates available to download. Use them as a guide and feel free to change the colors, fonts, etc.
The standard size of a conference poster is usually 30x40. Please check your conference guidelines for recommended size requirements.
These are generally conference posters that are printed on a Polyselect material similar to fabric. These are best for long-distance travel where they are placed in your luggage rather than a poster tube that can be misplaced.
These signs are generally 24x36, printed on plain paper, and then laminated to make them waterproof for outside use. Some A-frames on campus may be a different size. If this is the case, please let us know and we'll adjust the size accordingly.
Cost: The 24x36 print is $12 + lamination $6 = $18 each
The most common banner media are vinyl or polypropylene. For a description of each - see below. We can also add grommets to the vinyl for hanging purposes. Standard Banner Sizes are usually either 24" or 36" by anywhere between 4-8 feet. They can be vertical or horizontal.
Banner Stands: We do offer 24" wide vertical banner stands for purchase. These are adjustable and can hold banners anywhere from 24"-60" tall.
Instead of having your logo printed directly onto a tablecloth, we have a more economical solution - buy any color tablecloth and use a table runner to show who you are.
Our table runners are 36x60 and are white. The area that your logo should fit in is 32" wide by 18" high. The runners are made from a fabric called PolySelect. It can be folded and ironed later (backside only).
Table Runners are $50.00 each.
We can print photos on a luster photo paper. Standard sizes that fit frames are usually 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20. Other sizes can be accommodated. Please contact us with any questions. Adhesive vinyl can be used in many ways. We have two types - a standard adhesive vinyl and a repositionable adhesive vinyl. The standard version is opaque whereas the repositionable allows the background color to show through a little. Keep this in mind if placing it onto something dark. The repositionable has a "fabric" type feel/texture while the standard is smoother. This is a white vinyl that we print on, therefore it can be full color.
Adhesive Vinyl Options:
Adhesive Vinyl (Extreme AquaVinyl PSA): Long-lasting waterproof 5-mil vinyl backed with a permanent, but removable adhesive for outdoor signs. Scratch-resistant coating
Repositionable (Photo Tex PSA Fabric): Removable, reusable, and repositionable, this fabric sticks to any non-porous flat surface. It works indoors or out. It is ideal for walls. It will easily wrap around corners and poles. It won't leave any residue behind.
The perforated vinyl is not see-through so whatever side you put it on is the side you view it from. The front is white with small holes in it. The backside of it is shaded, but see-through so it can be placed on windows without blocking the view from one side.
We use Oracle 631 self-adhesive vinyl film to create cut letters/shapes for surfaces. The 631 vinyl will not damage walls and removes cleanly and easily up to 2 years. This type of vinyl design is one color as we cut a colored roll of vinyl.
Design Specifications:
