These items were designed to have a cohesive Buffalo State College appearance and be able to be printed in-house. Because these can be printed in-house, small amounts may be requested allowing more up-to-date promotional items for Open House and other events. Below are several items that can be designed specifically for your department, office, or program. These trifolds have been created for various departments as well as programs. Once requested, we can fill the trifold with information that comes directly from your department's website. We will then provide you with a proof that can be revised and edited as needed. If you would like to give us all the text and images right from the start - that is fine too. Generally, the outside of the trifold is information about your department while the inside is left for the course requirements of your degree programs. If you have many degree options (i.e. masters, bachelors, certifications, minors, etc.), inserts can be created as well. The other option is to add a mailing section to the middle area so that these can be mailed to prospective students. Several departments have both options available and print copies as needed.
Clear plastic brochure holders are available for the 6" wide brochures. We have single and double brochure holders as well as one that holds brochures and business cards.

These banners are created specifically for Open House events. If you would like one for your department, please contact us so that we can design one for you. The banners are 24" wide x 60" tall and fit the adjustable banner stands. Each 24"x60" banner is printed on polypropylene banner material that has a plastic backing to prevent tearing. The banners are $30 each.
We are no longer purchasing the travel banner stands; however, they are available for borrowing from IT Equipment Loan.

Instead of having your logo printed directly onto a tablecloth, we have a more economical solution - buy any color tablecloth and use a table runner to show who you are.
Our table runners are 36x60 and are white. The area that your logo should fit in is 32" wide by 18" high. The runners are made from a fabric called PolySelect. It can be folded and ironed later (backside only).

Each section of this tabletop trifold is 18"W x 24"H. The full document size is 24” x 54”
The vinyl-only option is for those departments that still have the tabletop trifolds that were created years
ago. Bring the trifold display over and we can create a design with your updated information/images and
print these on adhesive vinyl which will be applied on top of the original design. Adhesive Vinyl Only: $45.00
For those that do not have the original trifold display, we can create a new Sintra board trifold for you
and attach the vinyl to that. Sintra board trifold and vinyl: $100.00
